SpanboxWe want the Spanbox forum to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on keyboards, screen readers, or other assistive technology.
What we aim for
- Clear structure with proper headings, labels and landmarks.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus outline on every interactive element.
- Readable text with sufficient colour contrast, and support for larger text sizes.
- Meaningful alternative text on images that carry information.
- Respect for reduced-motion settings, so animations calm down when you ask them to.
We work toward the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines as our benchmark. Accessibility is ongoing, not a one-time checkbox, so we keep testing and improving as the forum grows.
