Terms of Service

Last updated August 12, 2026

These Terms govern your use of the Spanbox community forum at spanbox.co/forum. By creating an account or posting, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the forum.

1. Who can use the forum

You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian is aware of your use. The forum is a place to ask and answer questions about Spanbox and related tools, not a substitute for official support channels.

2. Your account

When you sign up, you agree to give accurate information and to keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it. You can sign up with an email address or with a Google or Apple account.

3. Acceptable use

How you behave in the community is covered in detail by our User Agreement, which is part of these Terms. In short, post in good faith, be civil, and do not use the forum to spam, harass, break the law, or harm other people. We can remove content or accounts that break those rules.

4. Your content

You own the questions, answers, comments and other content you post. By posting, you give Spanbox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and share that content within the forum and its features, so the community can actually read and search it. This licence ends when you delete your content, except for copies already cached or quoted by others.

You are responsible for what you post. Only share content you have the right to share, and do not post private information belonging to other people.

5. Our content and brand

The Spanbox name, logo, design and the software behind the forum belong to Spanbox. These Terms do not give you the right to use our brand except to link to and talk about the forum in the ordinary way.

6. Moderation

To keep the forum useful, we and our moderators may edit, hide, lock, or remove content, and may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the User Agreement. We try to be fair and consistent, but we do not promise to review every post, and we may act without notice when something is clearly harmful.

7. Suspension and ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules, if it is needed to protect the community or comply with the law, or if the forum is discontinued. Some content you posted may remain visible even after your account is closed, unless you delete it first.

8. Third-party links and services

Posts may link to other websites and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for those sites, and following a link is at your own risk. Sign-in through Google or Apple is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. The forum is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep the forum running well, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that answers posted by the community are correct, complete or suitable for your situation. Use your own judgement, especially for anything important.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Spanbox is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the forum, including reliance on any content posted here. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the forum grows. When we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, let members know. Continuing to use the forum after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms? Reach us through the Spanbox contact page. This is a plain-language draft intended to be fair and readable, not legal advice.
