Add Gmail again as a new entry, each account you add gets its own isolated session, so a second (or third) Gmail signs in separately and both stay logged in at once. Give them names so you can tell work from personal. On the free plan, each Gmail uses one of your 3 slots; on Pro it's unlimited.
