How do I turn on 'Open to Work' on LinkedIn, and can I show it to recruiters only, not my boss?

I'm job hunting quietly. How do I switch on the 'Open to Work' feature on LinkedIn, and is there a way to make it visible only to recruiters so my current employer doesn't see it?
