It depends entirely on how you subscribed, that's the part that trips people up. Signed up directly on DisneyPlus.com: log in > profile icon > Account > under Subscription click 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm. Signed up through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, a Hulu bundle, or your TV/cable provider? You have to cancel THERE, not on Disney's site, Disney can't cancel a subscription it doesn't bill. Either way you keep full access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, no partial refund, so no reason to wait until the last day.

Check where you're billed first. App Store subscriptions cancel under iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions; Google Play under the Play Store. Disney's own site won't show a button for those.

You keep watching till the paid period ends, cancelling just stops the renewal. So cancel the day before it renews and still binge to the end of the cycle.
